Today we’ll pick you upon your arrival to Tangier, and transfer you to your hotel. Then we can take a tour around Tangier and the surroundings to discover the things to do in Tangier Morocco. We visit Kasbah district magnificent Minaret. Overnight in local riad.

Today we head to Chefchaouen via Tetouan . We leave to our destination enjoying the green natural landscape of Rif mountains till Chefchaouen. Evening free to walk around by yourself, walking through the town centre, known for its famous square and its markets. We spend a night in local riad / hotel.

This morning we’ll drive to Fes via Meknes. On our way we’ll stop to visit the archaeological site of Volubilis and we will also have a walk in the city of Meknes, in order to discover Bab Mansour, Bab El-Berdaine, Bab El-Khémis. After lunch time we’ll drive to Fes for a overnight stay at hotel.

This day will be dedicated to the visit of Fes, the oldest of the imperial cities, founded in 790 by Moulay Idriss II. We visit the medieval Medina, the Medersas (ancient religious Islamic university) Bounanaia and Attarine, the Karaouine Mosque and the famous Nejjarine fountain. We continue tour with a visit of the souks, markets among the most beautiful and vibrant Morocco. Return to the hotel and free program afternoon.

In the morning you leave the subtle of fes and drive along through the middle Atlas mountains; crossing Cedar forests which are very known all over the world. Cedar is much wanted by woodworkers and is used for different purposes. The drive will continue towards Ifrane, the Switzerland of Morocco, and Azrou in the middle Atlas. The drive will end in the Sahara desert after passing ZiZ valley and city of Erfoud, usually by taking a rocky road to reach Merzouga. We spend the night in a hotel and have enough rest for the long next day.

Today you will enjoy the tour of the region of Merzouga. We will have a cup of mint tea and enjoy the live Gnawa music which is played by those people. Then we will explorethe vast palm of Tafilalet,visiting the town of Rissani (the origin of the Alaouite dynasty and the ancient capital of Sultans Alaouite) with it’s fortified villages and souks. Late afternoon we drive back to Merzouga for a camel ride to reach desert camp. Enjoy sunset and we stay overnight in Berber tent in the heart of the dunes.

Today we will trek back to our hotel and we depart to Rissani, you will have a visit to Zawiya Moulay Ali ash-Sharif and you may also investigate the Souk (local market) with the opportunity to see the Fondouks where donkeys gather. Continuing on our drive toward Tineghir passing by Erfoud “the capital of marble fossil” . Our next stop is in Tinejdad and Tineghir where you will have lunch. We will continue on the road alongside the river to reach the gorges where you will hike/Walk on foot through this stunning place while enjoying the views of high rock walls. Afterwards, we head to Boumalne Du Dades then to the gorges where you will have time to explore Dades gorges and see its rock formations.

Today we will visit via Ouarzazate and Kasbah Ait Benhaddou , one of the cinematic sites of Morocco. This site has attracted several film makers, and many awarded movies took place there including : Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, the Gladiator and many others. Our lunch will be served in the Kasbah and in the afternoon, we will head across the Tizi n’Tichka pass in Atlas mountains to Marrakech where we stay overnight in a riad.

Today the whole day is devoted for a guided tour of Marrakesh with a visit of the Bahia and Badi Palaces, Saadian Tombs, Menara basin and many other hidden treasures are all to be discovered. After lunch we explore the attractive centre of Marrakech with its magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the Square Jamaa el-Fna. We drop you off at your riad / hotel and this will be the end of our Morocco private tour.
