2 Days Trip from Fes To Marrakech Desert Tours

DAY 01: FES – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – ERFOUD – RISSANI – ERG CHEBBI CAMEL TREKKING


After an early breakfast, you will begin your Short Tour To across the Middle Atlas Mountains. Most of the Day will be spent winding your way through beautiful lush forests, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. Half way, you will stop for lunch, famous for its fossils and rocks. We continue on Mountain roads overlooking the wide flowing Oued Ziz.

Passing through Kasbahs and Palm Groves we head towards the adobe colored city of Errachidia before arriving in the late afternoon at Merzouga Erg Chebbi, a city from which we set out for our Tour of the Sahara Desert. Then later in the afternoon, saddle on your camels for your journey across the Desert during a beautiful Sunset for about 1/30 hours, to reach your camp for the night by the Sand Dunes. Overnight in the Nomadic tent, under a night sky full of stars, Berber music and delicious food prepared for you by your guide.

DAY 02: MERZOUGA – ALNIF – NEKOB – AGDZ – OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH


After A lovely Sunrise over the swelling Dunes of the Sahara Desert before returning to your Hotel.Then you will visit the ancient City of Rissani, the place from which Arab dynasties first Came To Morocco and men wearing the indigo blue robes distinctive of the Saharaine people.

Then head towards the volcanic Mountains of Sorrow dramatic rock formations and Gorges with superb Landscape. You will meet the largest Oasis of Morocco Named Draa Valley, lined up by many palm trees. Then on to Agdz, the first village in South Draa Valley before making your way to the UNESCO protected site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, one of the most impressive Kasbah and well-preserved fortress in Morocco. Many Movies were filmed there such as the Gladiator. Leave Ait Benhaddou and start heading towards the majic High Atlas Mountains.

Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco Tizi-n-Tichka at an altitude 2,260m, offering impressive views of valleys, mountains and many Berber villages nearby. Drop off at your Riad/Hotel late evening, End Of Our Service.
